  • ¼ cup Olive oil 
  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour 
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced 
  • 2 cups Rice milk 
  • 4 oz Low sodium cream cheese 
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, graded 
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, graded 
  • ¼ tsp Ground nutmeg 
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp Chopped basil
