Since beginning my low sodium diet i've noticed some things are just harder than others to pull off as a low sodium version. That can definitely be the case with a low sodium alfredo sauce. This low sodium alfredo sauce recipe is a rice milk and cream cheese version of the classic French sauce, but works well for people on a low sodium diet. If you're looking for a good homemade low sodium alfredo sauce recipe, give this recipe a try and let me know what you think in the comments!
