  1. I have not tried to make this yet, but please clarify the amount of Kikoman low sodium soy sauce called for. It just says “2”.
    So I did the math. 64 TBS yield. Subtract 32 TB for the water, 4 for the molasses, and 6 for the vinegar, equaling 42.
    64 – 42 = 22. OK then, 22 TB of Kikoman low sodium soy sauce is 590 mg sodium per TB. That totals 12,980 mg for 64 servings which would be 212+ mg per TB.
    I did try to figure this out and not bug you, but I have hit the wall.
