  • 1 knife
  • 1 toaster


  • 1 slice Bread
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Tangerine


  • Toast the bread
  • As bread is toasting, pull out cinnamon, hemp seeds, peanut butter and fruit.
  • Spread Peanut butter over toast and sprinkle hemp seeds and cinnamon.
  • Enjoy!
