Instructions

  • Toast the bread
  • As bread is toasting, pull out cinnamon, hemp seeds, peanut butter and fruit.
  • Spread Peanut butter over toast and sprinkle hemp seeds and cinnamon.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This simple breakfast is delicious and quick. Hemp seeds are a great addition to peanut butter toast because they are high in omega 3’s (healthy fat).
