  • 2 Slices Bread The nutrition in the recipe is based on Whole Wheat Bread – 365 by Whole Foods Market
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon hummus
  • ¼ cup Cucumber slices
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • ½ cup Baby butter lettuce
