We like to use this crispy baked tofu in our stir-fry dishes. It's also great in rice dishes, Bánh mìs, or even just as a snack.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl, medium
  • 1 Chef knife
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 Oven or Air-fryer

Ingredients 

  • 14 oz Tofu, firm, pressed
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • tsp Kosher salt
  • Pinch Black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut tofu into ½-inch cubes. Add tofu, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine.
  • Put tofu into Air-Fryer for 15 minutes. Open and toss every 5 minutes and ensure tofu cubes are separated from each other.
