Ingredients 

  • 1 Slice of bread, low sodium White or wheat
  • 2 tbsp Avocado

Instructions

  • Toast bread in a toaster oven. Remove avocado from the shell and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork.

  • Spread mashed avocado onto the toast. Add your favorite toppings like flax seed, hemp seed, sesame seeds, and chia seeds.
