Low Sodium Blueberry Compote
- Small sauce pot
- Small wood spoon
- 2 cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice (preferably fresh)
- Add one cup of blueberries and the remaining ingredients to a small saucepot and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the blueberries and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve warm.
