5 Ingredient Salt-Free Pesto Recipe
Sometimes less is more in cooking, including this easy 5 ingredient salt-free pesto recipe. Using a food processor this recipe can be made in under 10 minutes. I grow lots of basil and always end up with too much. The solution? I make tons of pesto and store it in the freezer until I need it! - 2 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup Pine nuts
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- In a food processor combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts. Pulse until smooth.
- With the motor running slowly drizzle in the oil until fully incorporated. Enjoy fresh or freeze for up to 3 months.
