Bio My name is Allison Beach, a board-certified dietitian in renal nutrition. When you choose to work with me, I will teach you how to use nutrition to your advantage to address any health concerns you may have. During our time together, we will set goals to meet your wellness aspirations. I will be your support system along the path to living your healthiest life! No matter what diagnosis you may have received, whether it’s diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or even just the need to lose weight, this does not ever define who you are. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and I am excited to help you find this freedom! ​I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy eating pattern. I utilize motivational interviewing to ensure counseling remains client-centered, and to help you achieve your personal goals.
