  • 2 slices Low sodium bread
  • 6 rounds Cucumber
  • 2 slices Onions
  • 2 tbsp Roasted garlic hummus
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil dressing

Instructions

  • Start by toasting the bread. Once toasted, spread hummus on the bottom piece and assemble the sandwich by adding the lettuce, cucumbers, onions, and dressing. Cut in half and serve.
