Low Sodium Roasted Cranberry Sauce

- 12 oz Cranberries
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Orange juice
Add sugar and orange juice to a medium-sized sauce pan and turn to medium heat. Cook until sugar is fully dissolved.
Mix in the cranberries and cook until they begin to pop, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside in a bowl. As it sits it will thicken up.
