Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ½ Yellow onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger Fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • tsp Cayenne pepper Optional
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup Frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat, add onions and cook until lightly browned. About 10 minutes.
    ½ Yellow onion, 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Stir in ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes.
    ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, ⅛ tsp Cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • Stir in cauliflower and peas.
    2 cups Cauliflower florets, ½ cup Frozen green peas
  • Add water and cover. Reduce heat to low and steam for 10 minutes.
