Cucumber Lemon Water

- 1 Lemon
- 1 Cucumber
- 4 Mint sprigs
- 6 Cups Water
- Ice
Rinse off the lemon, cucumber and mint.
Juice half of the lemon, and cut the other half into ¼" wide rounds.
Cut the cucumber into ¼" wide rounds.
Put lemon juice, cucumber and lemon rounds, and mint sprigs into a glass pitcher. Add water, and mix.
Place pitcher into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for flavors to infuse.
To serve, pour over ice in a glass.
