Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Kale baby
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion diced small
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds unsalted

Instructions

  • Wash all veggies.
    1 cup Arugula, 1/2 cup Kale, 1/2 cup Cucumber, 1/2 cup Red bell pepper, 1/4 cup Red onion
  • Add arugula to bowl.
    1 cup Arugula
  • Chop kale, cucumber, red bell pepper and red onion
    1/2 cup Kale, 1/2 cup Cucumber, 1/2 cup Red bell pepper, 1/4 cup Red onion
  • Add veggies and pumpkin seeds to bowl.
    1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • Add your favorite low sodium dressing and enjoy!
