- 14 oz Tofu, firm, pressed
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- ⅛ tsp Kosher salt
- Pinch Black pepper
Cut tofu into ½-inch cubes. Add tofu, cornstarch, salt, and pepper to a medium-sized mixing bowl and combine.
Put tofu into Air-Fryer for 15 minutes. Open and toss every 5 minutes and ensure tofu cubes are separated from each other.
