- ½ cup Popcorn kernels
Pour oil followed by popcorn kernels into pot.
Cover pan leaving lid slightly ajar and turn heat to medium.
Shake the pot frequently to avoid burning. When popping slows down, remove from heat snd set aside to finish popping.
